Getting to my room from the lift was longer than I expected, but this reduced noise near the lifts. The scent in the lobby from the restaurant was overwhelming at times.

Spent 2 nights and loved it! The location is on point with easy train access. My room had an amazing view of the city, and it was super clean. Staff were really nice and helped with whatever I needed. The restaurant was cool, but sometimes it got a bit noisy with all the folks hanging around. Would totally recommend it!

my stay at toranomon hills, the unbound collection by hyatt was fantastic! the staff were amazing and very attentive. the gym and lounge had incredible views, and the location was perfect with direct access to the train station. i loved the amenities, which made my experience even better.

Gorgeous King room with amazing views of Tokyo Tower. Spotlessly clean, air conditioning, soft drinks in the minibar, and lovely natural toiletries. The lounge had free drinks and snacks. Super friendly staff. It’s right at Toranomon Hills station, so traveling around Tokyo was a breeze. Great amenities like bathrobes and toiletries provided. Really upscale location with lots nearby.
